VISALIA, KY (FOX19) - A Kenton County teen was injured in a hit and run accident.
It happened Thursday night in the 12000 block of Decoursey Pike in Visalia.
Police say Joshua Eggleston, 19, of Independence, was walking along the side of the road when he was struck by a dark colored full size pick up truck with a dark colored cap. Police say Eggleston was walking in the shoulder of the roadway when the truck struck him with the side view mirror and passenger side of the vehicle.
Police are looking for the driver of the truck. It could be a Chevrolet 1500 model year 2005 or newer. If you see it, call Kenton County Police at 859-392-1940 or Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.
