WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX190 - A man has been charged after a crash in Whitewater Township that killed a woman.
Bobby J. Luke, 27, of Aurora, faces one count of aggravated vehicular homicide for the death of Lynda S. Colegate, 55, of Cleves.
Police say Colegate was turning into her driveway on Nov. 22 when she was hit in the driver's side by Luke, who was driving a motorcycle.
Colegate was pronounced dead at the scene. Luke suffered minor injuries.
Police say speed and alcohol were both factors in the crash.
Luke is being held on a $250,000 bond.
