CROCK POT MAC AND CHEESE
2 Cups Elbow Macaroni ( before cooked )
3 Eggs
1/2 Stick Of Butter
1 Cup Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of Monterrey Jack
1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Start by cooking macaroni, do not completely cook macaroni. Combine butter and cheese in a pan and melt it together. Then in the crock pot add macaroni, cheese sauce, soup, eggs, sour cream, paprika, mustard, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir in all ingredients and sprinkle with some extra cheese on top. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
