Jennifer Grove

Jennifer Grove joined the Fox19 News Team in March 2011 as a video journalist.

Before coming to the Queen City, Jennifer worked in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at Fox19's sister station WMBF-TV. While there, Jennifer helped to cover all of Mother Nature's major events from providing national coverage during the Horry County Wildfire, to bringing some of the first live pictures of Darlington, SC tornado damage, to reporting live on the coast whenever hurricanes threatened Carolina waters.

Before joining the WMBF News team Jennifer freelanced for WNEG-TV in Toccoa, Georgia where her work included coverage of the 2008 elections.

Jennifer proudly bleeds Red and Black as a graduate of the University of Georgia. While at UGA, Jennifer double-majored in Spanish and broadcast news, also working as a reporter and producer at Newsource15, a local cable news program.

Jennifer's most memorable stories often include those were she is able to "give a voice to the voiceless": bringing awareness to the needs of the homeless community during cold winter freezes, the work of inmates to close the revolving door of incarceration, and putting a face to unemployment.

While many people question Jennifer's move away from the beach towards much less mild winters, she says she is excited to switch things up and enjoy the city life. In her spare time she say she looks forward to exploring Cincinnati one new restaurant at a time, checking out local art and theater attractions, and finding out what it means to be a true Cincinnati sports fan.
