Super Easy But Sinful Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate Ganache:
8 Ounces Dark Chocolate Chips
6 Fluid Ounces Heavy Cream
Liqueur
Place chocolate in a bowl.
Bring cream to a boil and pour over chocolate.
Let sit one minute then blend together until shiny and emulsified.
Add liqueur to taste, up to one tablespoon.
Allow ganache to cool until firm.
Wearing disposable gloves scoop ganache into a ball and roll between the palms of you hands to even out its shape.
Drop truffle into coating and lightly toss to evenly coat.
Coatings:
Shaved Chocolate - Dark, White or Milk
Cocoa Powder
Coconut
Ground Nuts - Peanut, Pistachio or Almond Crushed Candy - Peppermint Sticks, Lemon Drops, etc.
