Ingredients
18 oz JTM Pulled Pork BBQ
12 Slider Buns
6 oz Sweet Pickle slices
6 oz Fried Onions
12 oz Chopped Cole slaw
Heat JTM Pulled Pork BBQ and hold until ready for service.
Assemble:
1. Toast or griddle the slider buns with a light coating of butter or margarine.
2. Top heel of bun with 1 1/2 oz of Pulled Pork BBQ.
3. Top the sliders with your choice of an assortment of tasty ingredients
4. Serve family style on a platter with an assortment of picnic salads and munchies
NOTE: Estimate 2-3 Sliders per person
Topping suggestions:
Cole Slaw, French fried onions, sliced pickles, Caramelized Onions, Pickled jalapenos, sliced Cherry Peppers, Cinnamon
