CONTEST RULES FOR Treasure Aisles Flea Market

GRAND PRIZE: 40" Sanyo E-LED 1080p 60Hz HDTV

How to Enter the Contest:

The "Treasure Aisles Flea Market" contest will begin on 1/1/13 at 12:01 am EST. and end on 1/27/13 at 11:59pm

EST.

To participate in the contest, you may enter in the following ways:

1. Complete an entry form at Treasure Aisles Flea Market and drop in the registration box provided or mail-in the

entry to: Levin Service Company, 7812 McEwen Road, Suite 200, Dayton, OH 45459. Completed entry forms

must be received by 5pm on 1/29/13.

2. Text SHOP to shortcode 41919 during the contest period. Please note that by entering via text that you are

opting in to receive an average of 2 text messages per month from Treasure Aisles/Caesar Creek Flea Markets,

and that standard text and messaging rates may apply. Text STOP to stop, and HELP for help.

Winners will be selected on 2/5/13, and will be announced by 2/8/13. Winners will be notified by phone and given

instructions on how to claim their prize. Winners must present a photo I.D. to claim their prize.

Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of FOX19, Treasure Aisles Flea Market.

Eligibility Restrictions:

The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana.

FOX19, Treasure Aisles Flea Market and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers,

retailers, printers, advertising, promotion agencies, agents, successors and assigns, any and all other companies

associated with this contest, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not

eligible. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other

person residing within the same household.

Prize:

One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a 40" Sanyo E-LED 1080p 60Hz HDTV. The Grand

Prize has a retail value of $368.00.

Contest prize is not transferable.

Prize is limited solely to those item(s) explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses,

incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner's receipt of this prize.

The Grand Prizes are being provided courtesy of Treasure Aisles Flea Market.

Grand Prize winner shall not sell, transfer, encumber, assign, or otherwise dispose of all or any portion of the prize

without the written consent of Treasure Aisles Flea Market in its sole and absolute discretion.

The Grand Prize winner releases and holds Sponsors, Raycom Media, Inc. and their affiliated companies, harmless

from any actions, claims or liability if Treasure Aisles Flea Market fails to provide the prize package to such Grand

Prize winner.

Selection and Notification of Winners:

Decisions of Treasure Aisles Flea Market management with respect to the contest are final.

One Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a40" Sanyo E-LED 1080p 60Hz HDTV. The Grand

Prize has a retail value of $368.00.

Representatives from Treasure Aisles Flea Market will randomly select one winner for the contest. Winner will be

selected in the following manner:

Two randomly selected entries from all the text entries received will be added to two randomly selected qualified

entries from all the Treasure Aisles Flea Market in-person entries received. From these four entries, one will be

randomly selected and awarded a grand prize.

Winner will be selected on 2/5/13, and will be announced by 2/8/13. Winner will be notified by phone and given

instructions on how to claim their prize. Winner must present a photo I.D. to claim their prize.

A total of one (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received to participate in the

contest. A selected finalist that cannot be reached or contacted to confirm their selection, or does not meet the

eligibility requirements, or does not wish to participate in the Grand Prize contest, will be disqualified. An alternate

finalist will be randomly selected if time permits.

Conditions:

By participating in the contest, the finalist agrees to have his/her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or

broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation by the Sponsors, and

to sign a release prior to acceptance of the prize.

A maximum (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance is the

responsibility of the winner including but not limited to all federal state and local taxes. Prize is non-transferable.

Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner will be required to complete and return a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $600.00), affidavit of eligibility,

and liability/publicity release , and present a valid photo ID and social security card before prize will be awarded.

Winner will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize and is responsible for paying all income taxes on

the prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winner will agree to release and hold Treasure Aisles Flea Market,

FOX19, its licensee, and the affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and

representatives of each of them, harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the

prize or participation in the contest.

FOX19 and Treasure Aisles Flea Market reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates

at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-line at www.fox19.com, when practical. By

participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other

rules imposed by FOX19 and Treasure Aisles Flea Market management. See www.fox19.com for a copy of these

contest rules, and for any updates or announcements concerning the contest.

No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. The contest is void where prohibited.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in an entrant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of FOX19 and

Treasure Aisles Flea Market.

Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the

contest or in the announcement of a prize.

Copies of the written contest rules and name of winner are available during regular business hours at the main studio

of FOX19, 635 W. 7th St. Cincinnati, OH or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to FOX19. Copies of the

written contest rules and name of winner is also available at the Main Office of Treasure Aisles, 320 N. Garver Road,

Monroe, OH 45050, Saturdays and Sundays 9am-5pm, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the

Treasure Aisles address listed above.

Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify, and will be void if they are, in whole or in part,

incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, counterfeit, altered, or obtained through theft or fraud. No mechanically

reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries are permitted. Sponsors are not responsible for

lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of

any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any hardware or software (whether originating with sender or

Sponsors), telephonic failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction.

Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs,

worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage,

detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any

attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and

civil laws, and Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Any questions regarding the number of entries

submitted by an individual or the authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by FOX19 and

Treasure Aisles Flea Market in its sole discretion, and FOX19 reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons

determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest.

By entering this contest, entrant agrees that FOX19 and Treasure Aisles Flea Market and other sponsors of this

contest may provide entrant with promotional materials and that FOX19 may release entrant's personally identifiable

registration information to the other sponsor for that purpose. FOX19 is not responsible for the use of entrant's

personally identifiable information by the other sponsor.

FOX19 and Treasure Aisles Flea Market further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or terminate this

contest if, for any reason, it is not capable of completion as planned (including, but not limited to, for the following

reasons: infection by computer virus, technical corruption, force majeure, or non-authorized human intervention that

compromises or affects the administration, human error, fairness, integrity, security, or proper conduct of this

contest).
