Reds extend win streak to 9 games

The Reds clubbed five home runs Saturday night in Colorado to extend the club's longest win streak in 13-years.

Ryan Ludwick led the barrage of long balls with two home runs and the Reds outslugged the Rockies 9-7 to win their 9th straight.

Johnny Cueto gave up 5 earned runs on 10 hits in 6 innings, but still picks up his 13th win of the season.

Scott Rolen, Todd Frazier and Drew Stubbs also homered for the Reds.  Aroldis Chapman pitched the 9th for his 21st save this season.

The Reds are now 20 games above .500 and maintain a two game lead in the NL central over the Pittsburgh Pirates.
