Mike Fiers took a perfect game into the seventh inning as the Brewers gave the Reds their third straight loss.
After retiring the first 18 batters, Fiers was tagged for a clean Zack Cozart double to lead off the seventh. Cozart later scored in the inning, but was the only run of the night for Cincinnati.
Johnny Cueto gave up three earned runs and lost for just the second time this year when pitching after a Reds loss.
The Reds' lead in the NL central stays at 3 1/2 games because Pittsburgh lost Tuesday night as well.
