CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A teen was arraigned Thursday morning in the abduction of a 2-year-old girl.
Joshua Harris, 18, is accused of abducting Taishaionna Page around 3 p.m. Wednesday from the Main Library downtown.
According to witnesses, Harris pushed Page out of the library in a multi-colored umbrella stroller.
Authorities say the suspect left the child near 12th Street and Walnut Street.
Page is safe and was reunited with her mother around 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Harris was located by authorities and arrested. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on one charge of abduction. His bond was set at $10,000.
