Jose Garcia Martinez, 31, of Norwood has been charged with Murder in connection with the death of his girlfriend, Gladis Son, 31, also of Norwood.
Martinez is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $1 million bond.
Martinez came to the Norwood Police Department Tuesday morning and admitted to officers that he and the victim were arguing Monday night and that he had killed her.
