GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
A man has been arrested after police say he was masturbating in his front yard while school buses drove by with children inside.
Goshen Township Police arrested Kenneth Petrey Jr., 46, for voyeurism and public indecency on Wednesday. Authorities received a complaint that Petrey was masturbating in his front window and in his front yard. Police received another complaint that he was seen in women's clothing in the front yard and other times would appear nude.
After an investigation, police found that many had witnessed Petrey in the nude and some say they saw him wearing women's high heels with no other clothing. One neighbor told authorities Petrey had called her to say he was looking through her window at night and watching her.
Sgt. Ron Robinson and Officer Tim Budai interviewed the suspect and confirmed Petrey was in fact masturbating in his yard and looking through windows in the area.
Petrey was taken to jail and charged with two counts of voyeurism and three counts of public indecency-sexual conduct/masturbation-viewed not household members. He was also charged in 2005 with public indecency after police say he was seen naked on the street by neighbors.
