Ladies fingers:
Two bread sticks packages from your grocery store is shaped into gnarled fingers and
adorned with almonds.  You can add food color to add color to the almonds to look like fingernail polish.
Fallow directions on the bread sticks packages for oven temp. and amount to cook them.

Soup:
Easy soup from a can and ready in less then 20 minutes:
two cans 150z can pumpkin puree
1 13.5-oz can light coconut milk, shaken
4 cups chicken broth
kosher salt.
3 garlic cloves, minced
one small can of jalapenos finely chopped
two teaspoons of fresh ginger
one large onion chopped 1/4 cup of canola oil.
Lime zest
Preparation:
In a soup pan, warm oil over medium -low hear.  Saute onion and ginger until soft, about 5 to 8 minutes .  Do not burn.
Add the jalapeno and garlic.
cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in lime zest , pumpkin, coconut milk and broth.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often
Season to taste with kosher salt and Pepper.  Remove from heat, let cook slightly, puree in a food processor or with a potato masher.
Serve hot.
 
Special drink:
We name this Pina GHOULADA. 
A bottle of ready mix Pina Colada.
Ice.
A deep medium dish
1/2 to 1 cup of Karo Syrup.
red food coloring or make the syrup black
Dip the rim of each glass into
the syrup.  Turn the glass upright :
the red or black liquid will drip slowly, then set.
Pour drinks and watch your guests lips get stained.
Very much fun and easy.
