BUTLER COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -
A Hamilton man was arrested and charged with possession of drugs on Saturday night.
Authorities say Raymond Marshall, 41, was arrested by members of the Butler County Sheriff's Office Undercover Regional Narcotics (BURN) Taskforce after he had been under investigation for months.
Marshall was pulled over by Deputies around 8 p.m. near State Route 129 and Princeton-Glendale Road in Liberty Township. Agents found three ounces of heroin and a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle.
Marshall is being held at the Butler County Jail for possession of drugs, a felony in the first degree. The investigation is ongoing and agents anticipate additional charges and possibly additional arrests.
