CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A woman will be in court Wednesday morning after police say she attacked her common law spouse after he found a syringe in her purse.
Alicia Crisp, 35, is charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and domestic violence.
According to Hamilton County court records, her common law husband found a syringe in her purse and disposed of what was in it into the toilet. She responded by grabbing his face and hitting his legs and bending his toes. She also threatened to cut up his face and stick him with needles while he sleeps.
When the man left the house with Crisp's son, he says she tried to run him over with her car.
Crisp will be arraigned Wednesday morning.
