FRANKLIN COUNTY, IN - A woman is accused of arranging a drug deal that led to five people being shot to death.
The drug deal happened just south of Indianapolis in Franklin County. Police said Amanda Napier used a cell phone to arrange an oxycontin purchase for her boyfriend, David Ison.
Ison killed five people in that deal. Napier could face six to 20 years in prison. Ison is serving a life sentence.
