The suspect accused of murdering a Fort Mitchell mother was in court on Thursday.
A bond hearing for David Dooley was set for 2 p.m. His bond didn't change, it is still set at $500,000.
Dooley is accused of murdering Michelle Mockbee at Thermo-Fischer Scientific in Florence in May.
Dooley was a janitor at the business and Mockbee worked in human resources.
Dooley is facing murder, kidnapping and tampering with evidence charges.
