Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto from Bouchard's

Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto

1 lb  Gnocchi ( serves 2 )

8 oz. Basil Pesto

3 oz. Unsalted butter

 

Place fresh gnocchi into pot of boiling water for no longer than 2 minutes. Drain gnocchi from water and place into a hot non-stick sautee pan with 3 oz of butter. Roll sautee pan during this cooking process to brown all sides of the gnocchi. Once browned remove from heat and add 8oz of basil pesto, toss, and serve.

 

Four Cheese and Spinach Ravioli with Marinara

 

1doz. Ravioli. ( servers 2 )

16oz. Marinara

 

Place 1 dozen ravioli into a pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until they float. Drain water from pot and remove ravioli. In the same warm water pot, place pasta sauce in until hot. Add ravioli, toss, serve.
