GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
Police are currently investigating a shooting that seriously injured one woman early Sunday morning.
Police arrived in the 6400 block of Brierly Creek Road in Green Township around 1:00 a.m. and found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to University Hospital by Green Township Life Squad. She remains in critical condition.
During the course of the investigation, authorities found 1.7 grams of heroin in the home. They arrested Thomas Mohr, 45, and charged him with possession of drugs.
Police say that Mohr and the shooting victim were the only people in the house at the time, but have not indicated that Mohr is a suspect.
Mohr is being held on a $50,000 bond for one count of drug possession.
The shooting is under investigation. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office at 513-825-1500 or Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.
The Twin Rectangular Jet model, installed on the Nozzle Acoustic Test Rig in the Aeroacoustic Propulsion Laboratory at NASA's Glenn Research Center, is being tested to determine the acoustic impact of engine configurations on low sonic boom aircraft for the High Speed Project of the Fundamental Aeronautics Program.
