The fifth suspect in a deadly home invasion in Fairfield appeared in court on Tuesday morning.
Anthony Givens was arraigned on an aggravated murder charge in the death of Julian Slaven.
Givens, 22, is being held without bond and is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Thursday, Dec. 6.
The four other suspects, Christia Frymire, Joseph Goodin, Jerry Eacholes and Misty Williams, are also scheduled to be in court on Thursday.
