Police are investigating a shooting after the victim fled to a local restaurant for help.
Officers responded to the Little Caesars Pizza at Hamilton Avenue and Roosevelt Drive at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Upon arrival, officers found Marcus Hudson, 20, with a gunshot would to his right foot.
Hudson revealed that he had been involved in an altercation in the 2100 block of Roosevelt with two male suspects when he was shot. He then fled to the restaurant to call for help.
Hudson was transported to University Hospital for treatment.
Officers are searching for a silver, compact vehicle being driven by two black males. Anyone with information that could help with this investigation is asked to contact the Springfield Township PD at (513) 729-1300 or CrimeStoppers at (513) 352-3040.
