MORGAN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A man was found dead outside his Morgan Township home on Thursday morning, according to the Butler County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies and medical personnel responded to the 6000 block of Wayne Lane at around 6:40 a.m.

A family member had found Rob Ahrens, age 47, lying unresponsive on the ground near his vehicle, which had become stuck off the side of his driveway.

Ahrens was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigators say there were no obvious signs of any trauma, and it is believed he may have suffered a medical issue.

The Butler County Coroner's Office will be conducting an autopsy to determine a cause of death. The incident remains under investigation by the Sheriff's and Coroner's Offices.
