The City Gospel Mission is another step forward in the decision to relocate.

The Ohio First District Court of Appeals affirmed a lower court decision to allow the mission to move into a new facility in Queensgate.

The relocation comes after current facilities outgrowing their spaces, and for re-developing areas in Over-the-Rhine.

Officials with the City Gospel Mission said the decision will help them better serve Greater Cincinnati's homeless population.
