ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A St. Clair Township road is back open after a train derailed on Wednesday.

Augspurger Road, between Jackson and Gephart Roads, was temporarily closed while CSX Railroad officials dealt with the derailment. It happened near the Augspurger Road crossing shortly before 9 a.m.

Initial reports indicate the lead engine of the train jumped the track at a switching track.

There are no reports of injuries.

Butler County Sheriffs say drivers should use caution when passing because there is still equipment and machinery in the area for clean up.
