CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
Trial has been delayed for a man who is accused of making threats on Facebook in the wake of the school shooting in Newtown, Conn.
Devin Carey, 18, is facing one count of inducing panic.
According to Hamilton County court documents, Carey said on this
Facebook page that he was sick of all the comments on the shooting in
Connecticut and that all of the comments made him want to shoot kids
himself.
Carey is now scheduled to go on trial on June 3, 2013. He no longer has to wear an ankle monitoring device.
