The Hamilton Fire Department is warning against unauthorized solicitations of the public for charitable donations. 

The solicitor is using the name of the City of Hamilton Fire department and it's Union "Local 20."

The City of Hamilton Fire department and Local #20 have not authorized this activity nor are they a party to it. 

Please contact Investigator Tom Angst at 513-785-7510 if you have been solicited for a donation by anyone using the Fire department or Local #20's name.  Please provide him with details of the request.
