WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
A semi pulling two trailers crashed on 74 Eastbound at exit 128 in Whitewater Township.
After the crash, the semi was partially hanging over a guard rail and leaking fuel.
The left lane remains open as is the ramp from eastbound I-74 to State Route 128. The right and center lanes are expected to remain closed until approximately 2 p.m.
The center lane is being re-opened temporarily for approximately 45 min. to 1 hour to get through the morning commute.
The tractor portion of the truck will be removed; the overturned trailer is now on the right shoulder of eastbound I-74 and will have to be unloaded.
When the tractor is ready to be removed, the center lane will be closed long enough to get the tractor hauled away and then the center lane will be permanently re-opened.
