COLUMBIA TUSCULUM, OH (FOX19) -
A groundbreaking was held Thursday for an upscale apartment complex in Columbia Tusculum.
The 76-unit rental community is located at the corner of Columbia Parkway and Delta.
Like
its sister community DeSales Flats, Delta Flats offers "Green" living choices in 1-bedroom and
1-bedroom with den apartment homes with an array of amenities,
including swimming pool with sun deck, high efficiency HVAC, granite and
stainless kitchens, a clubroom, an outdoor terrace and ample, well-lit parking.
"We're very proud at
Towne to have created Cincinnati's first Green LEED Certified apartment
community, and to add Delta Flats to the portfolio," said Brian Bortz with Towne Properties. "Delta Flats is the equal of any apartment
property developed in the region in recent times. It's also ideally located, close to UC,
Xavier, area hospitals, and the shopping and entertainment venues offered
downtown".
