COLUMBUS, OH (FOX19) -

The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear arguments about tossing out a West Chester Township man's aggravated murder conviction and death sentence.

In May 2010, Gregory Osie was convicted of murder and other charges in Butler County Common Pleas Court by a three-judge panel for killing his girlfriend's boss.

Osie's attorneys claim 19 errors were made during his trial.

Osie, 52, is serving his sentence at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution.

The court's session starts at 9 a.m.
