SEDAMSVILLE, OH (FOX19) -
Two fuel spills have slowed traffic on US-50 at River Rd. this morning.
There was an accident on US-50 between River Rd. and Delhi Ave. The road has reopened.
The road was closed in both directions due to an overturned semi-truck that reportedly flipped, spilling almost 1,000 gallons of fuel.
Police say a car lost control near Fairbanks Ave, hitting the semi-truck at about 11:00 p.m. last night.
The driver of the car was transported to the hospital. Police say the injuries are not serious. Emergency crews are on the scene.
There was a second accident on US-50 River Rd. at Ivanhoe Avenue in Sayler Park.
Police say there is a small fuel leak. One person is suffering minor injuries.
