Four indicted for Red Bank Road homicide

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Four people were indicted Thursday by a Hamilton County grand jury in connection with the  shooting death of a 21-year-old man last July on Red Bank Road in Madisonville. 

Cincinnati Police said Rodney Smith was shot at approximately 4 a.m. July 6 at 4205 Red Bank Road. He was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he died.

Kenny Gunn, 21, and Michael Rudd, 23, were each indicted on charges of aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and weapons under disability.

Cornell Wilson-Lipscomb Jr., 20, was indicted on charges of aggravated murder, murder and aggravated robbery.

Darryl Mosley, 31, was arrested Feb. 19 in connection with Smith's death. The grand jury indicted him on seven counts, including aggravated murder, murder and aggravated robbery.

Cincinnati Police said Rodney Smith was shot at approximately 4 a.m. July 6 at 4205 Red Bank Road. He was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he died.

Gunn and Mosley are lodged in the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Rudd and Wilson-Lipscomb are wanted by Cincinnati Police.
