CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
line-up for the Opening Day Parade is now set!
Joining our 2014 Grand Marshal,
Dave Concepcion, and Honorary Grand Marshal, Teddy Kremer, will be former Reds'
greats George Foster and Joe Morgan, a couple of current Reds players, 18
marching bands and 178 more parade entries
However, this year's Opening Day Parade route will be a bit different due to Cincinnati's streetcar construction.
The parade will start at Findlay Market, as has been tradition in past years.
However, rather than heading down Race Street, the parade will head west on Liberty and then south on Central Parkway.
The parade will continue down Central Parkway and then head back to Race Street. The parade will proceed as normal to Fifth Street.
The parade is set to begin at noon on March 31. The Reds will take on the Cardinals at 4:10 p.m.
