Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra ends season with concerts

The Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra and the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Concert Orchestra hosts their final concerts of the 2013-2014 season through April and May.

The Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra's Side-by-Side concert is 10:30 a.m. April 23 at Music Hall with the full Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.

CSYO Nouveau Chamber Players hosts its spring recital 4 p.m. April 27 at Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church. The concert is free and open to the public.

The CSYO Concert Orchestra's participation in the New Richmond bicentennial celebration is 4 p.m. May 4 at the New Richmond Bandstand Pavilion. The rain location is the New Richmond High School gymnasium.

Both orchestras will also have an annual Memorial Day concert. 

The CSYO performs at 3 p.m. in Eden Park's Seasongood Pavilion. The CSYO Concert Orchestra performs at 6 p.m. in Blue Ash Towne Square as part of the Blue Ash-Montgomery Symphony Orchestra's program. Both concerts are free and open to the public.

The CSYO is made up of students in grades 9-12 who represent more than 30 high schools in southwestern Ohio, southeastern Indiana and Northern Kentucky.
