While you were sleeping, the Internet never stopped. And it's amazing what the Internet comes up with.

Check out what people are tweeting, sharing and talking about.

Bengals take Darqueze Dennard and #BeforeManzielGetsDrafted

The Cincinnati Bengals selected cornerback Darqueze Dennard from Michigan State with the 24th overall pick in Thursday night's NFL draft.

His new teammates were showing him some love on Twitter, including fellow Spartan Domata Peko:

"Welcome to the Bengals defense @DDennard_31 another Spartan Dawg in the Jungle!!!! #WhoDey"

And after a lot of waiting, Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel went 22nd overall to the Cleveland Browns.

While the young QB waited for his name to finally be called, the Internet almost broke every time a team decided to not pick Johnny Football. In fact, #beforemanzielgetsdrafted was trending worldwide.

Here are a few tweets (out of hundreds of thousands) predicting what would happen before Johnny Football would find a new home:

"@NFLTalkRT: Yoga pants will be banned #BeforeManzielGetsDrafted"

"@Thatregularguy_: Air Bud will get drafted before Johnny Manziel #BeforeManzielGetsDrafted"

"@AmericasBelleXO: #BeforeManzielGetsDrafted Chick-Fil-A will be open on Sundays."

Vibram FiveFinger shoes may be entitled to a refund

If you own a pair of those minimalist shoes by Vibram -- and purchased them after March 21, 2009 -- you could be eligible for a refund.

Vibram USA, the company that makes the FiveFingers running shoes, has agreed to settle a lawsuit that alleged the company made false and unsubstantiated claims about the health benefits of its glove-like footwear.

The initial claim was filed in 2012 and accuses Vibram of deceiving consumers by saying that its shoes could "reduce foot injuries and strengthen foot muscles."

If you have a pair of FiveFingers, you could receive a refund if you submit a valid and completed claim form. The company will award up to $94 per pair, but people should expect to receive between $20 and $50 per pair.

Vibram will put $3.75 million in an escrow account, and if any of it remains, the money will be donated to the American Heart Association for research on the health benefits of running.

Pager app is the new 'Uber' for doctor house calls

Uber, the rideshare service that recently came to Cincinnati, is an app that lets you book cabs with your credit card. It's been making waves all over the country.

And guess what?

One of its early engineers created has created another "we'll come to you" startup -- for doctors.

Pager was launched Thursday in Manhattan and promises to bring doctors to your doorstep. Here's how it works: It's late at night and you don't feel well. You'd like to see a doctor but don't want to go to an emergency room or urgent care center.

Open the Pager app and hit a button to call up a doctor. A few possible options appear on your screen showing doctors' pictures, specialties, credentials and fees.

You pick the doctor you want, and within five minutes, a board-certified doctor will call you.

Just a phone consultation will set you back $50, and if the doctor makes a house call, it's $300.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the doctor can even call in a prescription and through the app, send you a form that can be submitted to an insurance provider.
