Shrimp Pasta

Recipe from Tammy Stack of South Carolina

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 large Bell Pepper Diced Red and Green
  • 1 1/2 pounds of Peeled Uncooked Shrimp

Directions:

  1. Cook Shrimp in Olive Oil in Wok
  2. Then add Bell pepper (red and green) if you like.
  3. Add can of Stewed Tomatoes.
  4. Let simmer and add what ever seasoning you wish.
  5. Cook Angel Hair Pasta and Drain.
  6. Place in pasta bowl and then pour shrimp and peppers with tomatoes over top.
